This strawberry dessert is preparing simply and quickly enough, and it is still very important that at such way of preparation of a dessert with fresh strawberry vitamins as much as possible remain.

For preparation of a dessert with strawberry it is required to you: the fresh or frozen strawberry of 200 g, packing of gelatin, 70 g of icing sugar, a half of an average lemon.

Preparation of a dessert: Crush fresh strawberry by means of a fork or the blender. If you have a frozen strawberry, it at first should be defrozen. Dissolve gelatin as it is specified on packing. We add the prepared gelatin to the received strawberry weight, and after that we fill up the most part of sugar and lemon juice there. All this should be mixed and heated properly on small fire that gelatin was completely dissolved.

We remove ready strawberry weight from fire and we cool. Then by the mixer it is shaken up - weight has to become more dense and light. We take a suitable mold or a little, we put in it wax paper, and from above we fill in strawberry weight. We level and put in the fridge for 5-6 hours for hardening.

We get the stiffened strawberry dessert from a mold, we strew with icing sugar, we cut on cubes and we give.

Helpful advice: it is also possible to decorate with such useful dessert usual cake, its tax with cream, frozen. And if you want the dessert to be more gentle, at preparation of a dessert it is possible to add milk or cream to strawberry weight to taste instead of a lemon.

By the way, in spite of the fact that sugar in the recipe and so isn't enough if you keep to a diet, it is possible to reduce its quantity a little more.
