Greens

 Pasta

It is important to use pasta only from firm grades of wheat. Other grades don't contain practically anything except flour which is processed by an organism into sugar.

Meat

The use two times in a week  not of a fatty meat will saturate your organism with essential amino acids. It can be mutton, chicken breast, veal, various game. It is also best of all to give preference to boiled meat, than fried or baked. 

Nuts

Crude nuts contain a large amount of essential amino acids and oils. Amino acids are necessary for creation of cages and muscle bulk, and oil for removal of fat-soluble toxins from a human body.

Agree -  very tasty principle of food. And  thus   not especially expensive.  Not strict requirements, but their performance is available to everyone. Of course,  nobody promises radical reduction of weight in few weeks, but the above-stated principles of food will help you to keep health and longevity. 

The diets directed to fast  weight reduction differ  not only fast result,  but also adverse contributing factors: flabbiness of skin, fragility of nails and hair, internal painful feelings, the lowered tone and feeling sick. It is necessary to think twice whether you want to torment the organism for this purpose to gain temporary effect of weight reduction and to lose at the same time the health. At many diets there are problems not only with physical health, but also with mental.

The principle of the Mediterranean food at the first stage gives the revitalizing effect, and after already loses weight and holds it  at the appropriate level. At all this, you don't need to torment yourself with an exception of a large number of products, the diet is rather balanced and gives freedom in the choice of dishes. So you will feel not only well physically, but also you will be happy to tasty and various viands.

  There are no restrictions in terms of application of a diet. It is easy way to master the system of the competent balanced food which  shouldn't look for replacement subsequently.
