It is required to you

  • - 500 grams of the frozen green peas;
  • - 100 grams of onions;
  • - 200 grams of potatoes;
  • - 1 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 200 grams of cream;
  • - 2 branches of fresh mint;
  • - salt.


1. Clean onions, wash up and small cut.

2. Clean potatoes and cut on small pieces.

3. Separate mint leaves from stalks, small cut them.

4. Put in the pan having a thick bottom, a desi and kindle it.

5. Lay out onions, fry it to softness, about 5 minutes.

6. Pour 500 milliliters of water, bring to the boil, salt. Add potatoes, you cook to softness, within 10-15 minutes.

7. Add green peas to the boiling soup (it doesn't need preliminary soaking).

8. Add mint.

9. Bring to the boil and you cook from this point 2 minutes.
