Hanuma with a vegetable sauce is a fast and nourishing decision for a dinner. At the people of Central Asia this dish is called ханум, its essence that it is steamed as "lazy" manti. But in our case, as "lazy" dumplings.

- For the test:
- - 400 g of flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 glass of warm water;
- - salt.
- For forcemeat:
- - 250 g of beef;
- - 250 g of mutton;

- For sauce:

Instruction
1. We cook dough: Sift flour. In a bowl to stir eggs, to add water and salt. Pour flour and knead dough.
2. We cook forcemeat: Meat washes out, allow to flow down to water and cut on small pieces. Pass meat and onions via the meat grinder. Pepper and salt to taste.
3. We cook sauce: to cut paprika and onions in cubes. Then slightly to fry on vegetable oil. In a brazier to cut tomatoes, to add the fried pepper and onions. Extinguish 10 minutes. Crush greens, garlic and hot pepper. Add to a vegetable sauce.
4. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each part. To spread out forcemeat to ready layers of the test. Curtail rolls, cut on pieces, 4 cm wide. Zashchipnut each piece from one edge.
5. Place in a brazier, add a vegetable sauce and a glass of water. Salt to taste. Extinguish 30 minutes on slow fire.
