The fixed time of meals and distribution of its quantity between these receptions are very important for normal work of an alimentary system, many diseases allow to avoid.

Also necessary condition of healthy food is the slight feeling of hunger which has to remain after each meal, saturation, and especially overeating are very harmful to an organism.
