That is 80% of total number of the consumed food have to make products with the high content of nutritive matters while 20% of dishes - for pleasure.

 Contradicting each other, some researches did noise in headings of medical editions. They claim that good food can be useful at prevention of cancer diseases, but if the oncology already developed, then the diet won't help with fight against it any more. Whether for many people there will be improbable a result of the experiments directed to examination, really unhealthy food can accelerate a current of some types of cancer diseases. However invariable is a fact that consumption of raw vegetables and fruit is the most preferable and available means at an integrated approach to fight against cancer.

 Two self-contradictory statements about need of observance of a diet at an oncological disease will chafe for a long time minds of scientists as still it is insufficiently known of these diseases. Medical researches will continue any year, but there is a hope that once cancer will be defeated once and for all.
