  • Bread black - 700 g,
  • sugar - 500 g,
  • raisin - 10 berries,
  • dry baker's yeast - 3 g,
  • pan on 9 liters,
  • pan on 7 liters,
  • plastic bottles with a capacity of 2 liters - 3 pieces.

Instruction

1. Cut bread on pieces on 50 or 100 grams and put to dry in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. When pieces of bread gain light brown color, our crackers are ready. Preparation of crackers will take about 40 minutes. So far crackers are preparing not to waste time, in a pan of 9 liters gain 7 liters of boiled water. As soon as crackers are ready, at once lay out them in the pan filled with boiled water and add 3 solovy spoons of sugar. Leave everything to cool down to room temperature.

2. When water in a pan cools down to room temperature, it is necessary to add yeast - 3 grams, it is a small pinch, and again to leave to infuse not less than for 8 hours. After that it is necessary to pull out bread from a pan, wringing out it. The turned-out grain tincture, using a colander or a gauze, pour in other pan. It is necessary in order that in ready kvass there were no grain crumbs. In plastic bottles, using a funnel, pour on the 4th tablespoons of sugar and put 2 highlights in each bottle. Fill in the prepared grain tincture in bottles. Close covers and properly stir up that sugar was dissolved.

3. Put the filled bottles in a pan of 9 liters and fill in with very hot water. Leave to cool down and infuse for 8 hours. After that pull out bottles from a pan and leave them for day at the room temperature. After all these procedures of a bottle with kvass remove in the fridge, and next day kvass is completely ready.
