Home-made mayonnaise on milk

The simple and fast recipe of home-made mayonnaise will help each hostess. This gentle sauce will perfectly add any dish.

It is required to you

  • - 200 ml of milk;
  • - 250 ml of a vegetable purified oil;
  • - 7 g of mustard;
  • - 1 pieces egg;
  • - 1 pieces of a lemon;
  • - 2.5 g of salt.

Instruction

1. Take fresh cow's milk. Milk has to be not boiled and not too fat. Put milk to the warm cool place for two hours. Take the infused milk of room temperature and pour in a deep glass cup.

2. Pour purified vegetable oil in a small ladle or a saucepan and, without bringing to the boil, warm up on a plate a little. Don't use the microwave for heating, in it oil is heated more unevenly and begins to bubble. Remove oil from a plate and let's it cool down a little. A thin stream pour still in warm oil in milk. Add egg. Shake up a little and shake up by means of the manual mixer or the blender up to the dense weight.

3. Well wash a lemon, dry, cut on two halves and squeeze out lemon juice. Add some salt to juice and let's it stand half an hour. Add mustard to lemon juice.
