Bananas with honey – extremely tasty and immensely useful delicacy. A flavoring combination of honey and banana simply delightful, and the oranges used in a dish will dilute sweet with sourness.
Ingredients:
- Large mature bananas – 4 pieces;
- Large orange – 1 piece;
- Low-fat cream – 200 g;
- Desi of 100 g;
- Honey (it is better to take flower) – 100 g;
- Walnut nutlets – 12 pieces;
- Cracked ginger – ¼ tsps.
Preparation:
- To prepare this dessert, it is necessary to wash orange and to rub its dried peel in a plate. Exploit a fruit orange.
- Then to shake up cream and to add to them a polished dried peel of orange. Place creamy and orange mix in the fridge.
- Now to peel large bananas and to cut them in half longitudinally.
- Further it is necessary to make sauce in which bananas will be cooked. For this purpose to melt a desi in a big frying pan. Put flower honey and about two tablespoons of just squeezed out orange juice.
- Put honey and orange mix on silent fire and cook, without forgetting to stir slowly until honey melts. It has to mix up well. Add 2 more tablespoons of the remained orange juice and strew with a cracked ginger.
- Put bananas the cut-off party down in honey and orange sauce. Reduce fire to a minimum and prepare about 10 minutes, at the same time, without covering a dish. In the course of cooking it is necessary to water bananas with the made sauce from time to time.
- Now it is necessary to shift ready bananas to a serving dish and to fill in with the sauce which remained in a frying pan.
- Clean walnut nutlets and to crush properly a large knife. Strew with the crushed nutlets the bananas which are filled in with sauce.
- It is necessary to serve honey bananas warm, to a dessert in a sauce tureen to serve cream with gratings which will manage to be cooled by this time.
