Hot appetizer with anchovies, parmesan and a basil

Tasty snack – the excellent beginning of a solemn dinner. At the same time the dish has to be memorable and tasty. Hot appetizer with anchovies, parmesan and a basil has saturated taste and will surely warm appetite of guests.

It is required to you

  • - 10 tomatoes;
  • - 5 tomatoes of cherry;
  • - 50 g of grated parmesan;
  • - 200 g of tinned anchovies;
  • - 16 olives without stones;
  • - 3 segments of garlic;
  • - 20 capers;
  • - 2 pieces of white loaf;
  • - 1 bunch of a basil;
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt.


1. Small cut the peeled garlic and a bunch of a basil. From white loaf cut off a crust, and pull down pulp on small pieces. Take anchovies from banks, wash out and cut them. For several seconds lower cherry tomatoes in boiled water, remove a thin skin and cut on halves.

2. Place all ingredients in one bowl and carefully mix. Cut the prepared olives (already without stones) in half. Add them and a capers to mix. Fill snack with olive oil, salt and pepper (vary amount of two last ingredients on the taste).

3. Cut tomatoes in half. Remove from them all core. Oil a baking tray olive sunflower oil and lay out halves tomato. Place the prepared mix in everyone. From above add grated parmesan. Warm an oven to 200 wasps. Put snack to prepare for 15 minutes.
