Hot summer days – ideal time for producers of drinks. From fridges and shelves in supermarkets everything is swept away, than it is possible to satisfy thirst. It will be useful for each person to learn what is possible and that can't be drunk during a heat.

1. Drink usual and mineral water during a heat. These are the most available drinks for thirst satisfying. Physicians recommend to carry constantly with themselves a small bottle with water not to forget to fill up in time its stocks in an organism. It is better to drink in the small portions still before you feel thirst.

2. Give preference to such useful drink as a green tea without sugar in the summer. It is considered that it perfectly satisfies thirst, normalizes a blood-groove, strengthens vessels and also reduces cholesterol level in blood. Use a green tea in moderate doses (no more than 3-4 cups) as its surplus negatively influences work of kidneys and a liver.

3. Natural unsweetened juices help to satisfy thirst, to reduce feeling of hunger, to fill the content of vitamins and minerals in an organism. The lemon juice diluted with water in a proportion 1:5 is considered fine means. Such drink prevents excessive sweating. Thanks to vitamin C content, lemon juice saves from such consequences of a heat as slackness, fatigue and a headache.

4. Natural kvass and ayran – the effective summer drinks which are perfectly satisfying hunger and thirst. In hot weather also fermented milk products – fermented baked milk or kefir are useful.

5. Drink in the summer natural berry fruit drinks. They save an organism from thirst and fill it with vitamins and antioxidants.

6. In hot season minimize consumption of coffee and other caffeinated drinks. It is better to be limited to 1-2 cups a day. Caffeine – diuretic. It increases pressure and dehydrates an organism.

7. Refuse sweet carbonated drinks. They differ in the high content of sugar because of what only provoke thirst.

8. Don't drink too cold beverages. Such liquids don't fill shortage of moisture, excite sweat glands and are longer late in a stomach. Ideal temperature of drinks during a heat – isn't lower than 14-18 degrees.

9. Don't try to satisfy thirst by means of alcohol. These drinks lead to organism dehydration.

10. Don't force themselves to drink if there is no wish. Excess content of water raises load of bodies, especially on heart and kidneys. The more you drink, the stronger at you sweating because of what the organism needs a new portion of liquid all the time. It is desirable to do 3-4 drinks everyone half an hour.
