  • Tomatoes (ripe, red) - 1 kg
  • Onion - half a kilo

  • Vinegar of 70% - 2 teaspoons

Preparation:

1. Prepare vegetables: to wash beet, carrots and tomatoes. To clean onions and beet from a peel.

2. To small chop cabbage. To cut onions and tomatoes on small cubes (about 0.6х0.6 cm). To grate beet and carrots (if desired it is possible to cut small straws).

3. In a big pan (it is possible) to pour out vegetable oil in a cauldron.

4. To add the crushed vegetables, salt and tomato paste to oil.

5. Mix a vegetable mix.

6. Stew vegetables on average fire, often stirring slowly.

7. Preparation time - approximately an hour and a half.

8. At the end of suppression to add vinegar to vegetables, to prevent and to extinguish a little more.

9. Spread out hot gas station on the sterilized jars (it is possible to use banks of 0.5 or 0.7 liters) and to roll up.
