Time of preparations for winter comes. Hostesses in large numbers salt and pickle tomatoes and cucumbers, roll up compote and cook jam. The recipe according to which cucumbers pickle ringlets in banks 0.75 liters perfectly will be suitable for small families or for those at whom cucumbers are eaten gradually.

All charm of this recipe is that cucumbers it is possible to use any: small, large, hooked and slightly spoiled, deleting the begun to rot or burst areas. In addition, it isn't necessary to count amount of ingredients, they are added directly in bank.

Will be necessary for preparation:

- cucumbers;

- greens of fennel and parsley;

- bell pepper;

- salt;

- sugar;

- sunflower oil;

- vinegar of 9%.

First of all we prepare cucumbers: we fill in them with cold water and we leave for 4-6 hours. Then we drain water and properly we wash out vegetables.  

While cucumbers are soaked, we wash and we sterilize the jars and metal covers.

We touch greens of fennel and parsley, we wash out and we cut pieces of the average size. At parsley we use only a sheet part, without stalks. We take amount of greens at will how many it is pleasant to whom.

At the soaked cucumbers we cut off tips, they won't be used by us, and vegetable is cut on a ringlet about 1 cm thick.

We put 3-4 peas of pepper on a bottom of a sterile can, we fill a layer of greens and we begin to stack cucumbers, from time to time stirring up bank that ringlets laid down a dense layer. In the middle of banks we do still a layer of greens and up to the top we fill with cucumbers. from above we powder with mix from parsley and fennel.

We put cups in a big pan, we add to each of them:

- sugar - 1 tsp with the hill;

- salt - 2 tsps with a small hillock;

- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;

- a table vinegar - 2 tablespoons.

We fill in contents banks cold! not boiled water also we cover with covers. Also we fill a pan with liquid that it got to banks ""on a coat hanger"". We light strong fire we wait for boiling and it is sterilized 7 minutes from the moment of boiling. It is longer not necessary to sterilize, otherwise cucumbers will turn out boiled, not crunchy and tasteless.

Accurately we take banks from a pan and we roll up. We store cucumbers before full cooling in heat, then we remove in a cold spot.
