Food poisoning is always unpleasant, at best it can lead to feeling sick, in the worst – to end with a lethal outcome. Poisoning can be caused by various reasons, for example, presence at food of toxic connections.

Purchase and preparation

Buying food, surely check the term of their validity. If you get meat products, you keep them in separate bags or packages, don't allow them to adjoin to other products. Try to keep temperature of a frozen goods after their purchase, having used, for example, a cooler bag. In cooking time use various cutting boards, don't allow contact of fruit and vegetables with the remains of meat products. Always cook meat to full readiness, only this way it is possible to get rid of all harmful microbes which are available in it which can cause poisoning.

Storage of food

Follow rules of storage of different types of foodstuff. Pasta, grain, rice and other dry products, as a rule, are stored in the dry and cool place. Meat products, eggs, fish and also ready-to-eat meals are always stored only in the fridge. Irrespective of a type of products and the place of their storage, all of them have to be used before the expiration of their validity, otherwise the risk of food poisoning will sharply increase.

Meal

The simplest and obvious rule which observance reduces risk of poisoning – washing of hands before food. Eat food right after its preparation, the longer you tighten with food, the more microbes in it are formed. Any crude products (meat, vegetables, fruit) before the use have to wash with cold water. Try not to eat such raw meat as sushi, risk to get poisoned with it it is rather high. If nevertheless you wish to eat such food, entrust its preparation to professionals.
