Sauerkraut with apples and tangerines – it is very tasty and it is useful. This option of fermentation is unusual the fact that there are tangerines. From it cabbage develops a little other and other than usual a taste.
It is required to you
- - 2 kg of cabbage
- - 1-2 carrots
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar
- - 1 tablespoons with the mound of salt
- - 2-3 tangerines
- - 2 apples (it is better sweet)
- - 3 bay leaves
- - sweet pea
Instruction
1. Make carrots and cabbage. Cut cabbage as it is possible more thinly. Cut carrots with straws or pass through a grater for carrots in Korean. Clean and divide tangerines into segments. Cut apples on segments, it is previously good to wash.
2. Spread out cabbage on a table, salt, sugar and to rumple well hands before release of juice. Add carrots to cabbage and again to rumple together with carrots. It is good to mix. Add a sweet pea and bay leaf.
3. In advance to prepare ware for fermentation of cabbage. Lay on a bottom about a half of the chopped cabbage with carrots. The second layer to lay segments of tangerines and apples.
4. Close fruit other half of cabbage. Cover cabbage with fabric or a gauze. Establish on it a plateau with small oppression. If cabbage keeps within in bank, then it isn't necessary to do it.
5. Allow to stand to cabbage at the room temperature (in kitchen) 3 - 4 days and then to remove in the fridge. Cabbage is ready.
6. Put cabbage in a plate (salad bowl), water with vegetable oil, lay over it segment of tangerine and apples.
