    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
    • sugar pinch.
    • Red beans in juicy sauce:
    • 500 g of red beans;
    • 250 g of ham;
    • 1 bulb;
    • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • salt;
    • black sprinkling pepper;
    • paprika;
    • lemon zest on a knife tip.

Instruction

1. The simplest and very rich dish – the white beans fried in oil. Wet haricot for the night in cold water. Cast away it on a colander in the morning and lay out on a frying pan, in previously warmed desi. Add salt and, stirring slowly with weight with a wooden scapula, fry to softness. Cut fresh greens of cilantro and a basil, pour out it in a frying pan and mix with hot haricot. Give as a garnish or as an independent dish.

2. On snack it is possible to prepare a bean in a tomato. Small chop onions and fry it in previously warmed vegetable oil. Lay out fresh or frozen pods of haricot in a frying pan.
