Solyanka is a dense saturated soup which main difference from other first courses that he prepares from a various smoked meat. Very many people heard about solyanka, but not everyone prepared her houses. Actually in it there is nothing difficult. Some hostesses even have author's recipes with addition of favourite ingredients. For a start it is possible to try to weld it on very fast and easy way which won't take away from you a lot of time.

It is required to you

  • - an uncooked smoked sausage - 200 g (it is possible to replace Salami);
  • - bacon - 200 g;
  • - potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • - onions of the large size - 1 piece;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - salty (barrel) cucumbers - 200 g;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • - olives - 1 bank;
  • - brine from olives or from pickled cucumbers;
  • - A lemon - 1 piece;
  • - sunflower oil for frying;
  • - bay leaf - 2-3 pieces;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - sugar - 1 tsp.

Instruction

1. Peel potato, onions and carrots and rinse a baking plate flowing water. Chop potatoes small cubes, cut onions with small pieces, and grate carrots.

2. Too cut bacon, sausage and pickles into cubes, similar in the size to potato. After that take a pan, put in it the chopped potato, pour in 2 liters of water and bring to the boil. You cook potatoes at a moderate temperature about 20 minutes.

3. Meanwhile in a frying pan pour in 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, warm up it, and then put the crushed onions and fry it till golden color. Further throw polished carrots and fry 3-4 more minutes. Add brisket and sausage to vegetables. Mix everything and fry before emergence of a ruddy crust.

4. When sausage with brisket enough are fried thoroughly, put tomato paste and couple of tablespoons of water. Add a black sprinkling pepper, sugar and salt to taste. You extinguish 5 minutes, and then put pickled cucumbers and prepare within 3-4 minutes.

5. Subfrying is ready. Shift it in a pan to potatoes, add bay leaf, bring to the boil and you cook at the minimum temperature of 5-7 minutes. At the end put olives, pour in a brine from them or replace it with a brine from pickled cucumbers. After that remove a pan from a plate and leave soup a little to infuse.

6. Cut a lemon circles. Pour Gotovaya Solyanka in the portions, put in each of them on couple of circles of a lemon and serve food with sour cream and fresh chopped greens.
