    • 100-150 гр. sour creams;

    • 2 garlic gloves;

Instruction

1. The baked chicken fillet. Small cut onions and fry it on a desi. Add the crushed spinach, cover a frying pan and extinguish about 5 minutes. Wash out chicken fillet, remove a film, salt and pepper meat, add various seasonings to taste and put in a form for roasting. From above lay out the fried onions and spinach. Kindle two tablespoons of a desi in a saucepan, add to it flour, carefully stir, and then pour in milk. You cook the received mix, continuously stirring slowly until it thickens, then remove from fire and add mustard. Carefully stir and fill in fillet. From above strew with a grated cheese. Bake meat in the oven warmed up to 200 °C within 25-30 minutes.

2. Chicken and rice. Fry small cut onions on sunflower or olive oil, then add the crushed chicken liver and you extinguish to full readiness. Separately fry small cut champignons. Cook rice, having added some salt, and having added to it a liver, mushrooms, the crushed parsley and also season with a black pepper and to mix carefully. Stuff with the received mix the washed-out and dried carcass of chicken. Sew up it and bake in an oven before receiving a golden ruddy crust, periodically watering with the emitted fat.

3. Stuffed chicken. Carefully wash out a carcass of chicken, cut off wings and accurately husk with birds, trying not to cut and not to damage it. Remove all meat from bones and small chop it. Wash out mushrooms, clean and cut small pieces. Mix the crushed meat with mushrooms, salt and pepper (you can add some seasoning to your taste), squeeze out juice from couple of segments of a lemon, add the crushed garlic. Carefully mix the received weight and remove in the fridge for 2-3 hours. When mix infuses, fill with it a thin skin of chicken and if necessary sew up. Oil a baking tray and put a bird, smear her with sour cream. Bake at a temperature of 200 °C, periodically watering with the emitted juice.
