How tasty to make gravy

Many dishes would be too boring and tasteless if the mankind didn't invent a set of various recipes of the most tasty addition to them – gravy. Sauce is capable to add piquancy and to emphasize taste of spaghetti, meat, potatoes, rice and many other products which we got used to eat every day.

It is required to you

  • Cheese sauce with ham and peas:
    • 100 g of cheese (parmesan);
    • 150 g of ham;
    • 1 bulb;
    • 200 g of peas (fresh or frozen);
    • 1 garlic glove;
    • 150 ml of meat soup;
    • 200 ml of cream;
    • vegetable oil;
    • seasonings and spices to taste.
    • Mushroom sauce:
    • 150 g of champignons;
    • 3 cepes of dried;
    • 100 ml of meat soup;
    • 1 bulb;
    • teaspoon of fat sour cream;
    • 3 tablespoons of white wine;
    • flour teaspoon;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • sprinkling black pepper.
    • Meat gravy:
    • 300 g of beef (pork
    • chicken fillet);
    • 1 bulb;
    • 1 carrots;
    • 1 small paprika;
    • vegetable oil;
    • tomato paste;
    • salt

Instruction

1. Cheese sauce with ham and peas. Small cut onions, ham and garlic. On vegetable oil slightly fry onions, then add garlic with ham and roast till golden color. After that add green peas. Cover a frying pan and you extinguish 2 minutes. Then pour in meat soup and cream. Mix the cut cheese and let's it be dissolved in gravy. Add some seasoning. Water with hot sauce pasta or spaghetti.

2. Mushroom sauce. Wet dried cepes in water for half an hour then add them to the boiling meat soup and cook within 15 minutes. Take mushrooms, small cut, and filter broth. Wash fresh champignons, clean and cut with plates. Fry them in vegetable oil, add the crushed onions and fry even minutes five. Salt, pepper. Add a spoon of flour and carefully stir, then pour in wine. Put the crushed cepes, fill in with broth. Bring mix to the boil and you extinguish within 3 minutes. Then add a sour cream spoon. This sauce will also ideally add pasta.

3. Meat gravy. Cut meat on small pieces and fry it on vegetable oil under a cover to full readiness. In a separate frying pan brown the crushed onions, then add grated carrots, small cut pepper. Fry before formation of golden color. Add vegetables to meat. Dilute tomato paste with a small amount of water and fill in in a frying pan. Add in buckwheat, to rice.
