To make potato in French, it is required to you:

  • Potatoes – 14 pieces,
  • Oil – 100 g,
  • Pork (chopped) – 600 g,
  • Onion – 4 pieces,
  • Hard cheese – 300 g (to taste),
  • Mayonnaise – 200–250 g,
  • Salt - 2-3 tsps,
  • Pepper – 0.5 tsps.

These ingredients are designed for 4 persons.

Preparation:

  • Wash meat and dry it, then cut on slices which thickness will be about 1 cm.
  • Well beat off meat a kitchen hammer.
  • Further clean potatoes, wash out it, and put an oven on a warming up.
  • Make onions: wash, clean and cut with thin half rings.
  • Thinly cut potatoes 4-5 millimeters thick.
  • Take a frying pan (without handle) and oil a bottom. Put a half of potatoes there and salt it.
  • From above put chopped meat so that it completely closed potatoes layer, salt and pepper it.
  • On meat put the cut onions, and from above – the second half of all cut potatoes.
  • Again salt and from above smear with a mayonnaise layer.
  • Put a frying pan with potatoes in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees and bake 40 minutes.
  • Further grate cheese.
  • After 40 minutes of roasting get a frying pan and strew from above with polished cheese, put potato in French again in an oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Get a dish from an oven.
