Ingredients:
- 500 g of beef;
- 200 ml of meat soup;
- 8 potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 bulb;
- 1 sweet paprika;
- on 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, torments;
- 2 bay leaves;
- fennel bunch;
- salt, black pepper.

Ingredients:
- 500 g of beef;
- 100 g of cherry;
- 100 ml of sour cream;
- 2 bulbs;
- 2 bay leaves;
- parsley bunch;
- salt, pepper.
Wash out a piece of beef, clean from films, cut with portion pieces, pepper, salt to taste. Remove meat for 2 hours in the fridge, then put in a stewpan layers, pouring the crushed bay leaf and the cut onions. Pour a little hot water - it has to cover meat slightly. Close a stewpan a cover, you stew meat 1.5 hours.
Wash out fresh cherry, remove stones. Add sour cream, cherry to meat, bring to the boil, you extinguish 5 more minutes.
Strew ready meat with parsley, give to a table.
