- Chicken/chicken – 1 piece;
- mustard – 50 ml;
- mayonnaise – 50 ml;

- paprika
- dried garlic
- dry herbs – to taste;
- dried apricots and/or prunes – 1 handful;

- potatoes – 6-7 pieces;

Instruction
1. Wet dried fruits previously approximately for 1 hour in cold water.
2. Prepare a carcass of a chicken – cut and draw if it is necessary, wash out in cold water from within and outside.
3. In a small bowl mix mustard, mayonnaise, salt and spices.
4. Clean apple, remove a core, cut with small pieces.
5. Clean potatoes and fill in with cold water that didn't darken.
6. Drain water from dried fruits, wash their baking plate with cold water and drench with boiled water.
7. Grease a carcass of a chicken with mix from mustard, mayonnaise and spices a little from within. Fill a chicken with dried fruits and pieces of apple.
8. Sew up skin with culinary threads that the stuffing didn't fall out. If the carcass doesn't hold a form, it is possible to connect by culinary thread of a leg of a chicken.
9. Cut off the piece in length of 1.5-2 times exceeding a carcass of a chicken from a roasting sleeve and tie it since one end.
10. Cover a chicken with mix and accurately place him in a sleeve. Distribute a number of potato. Tie a sleeve, put it in a form and puncture in several places with a knife or a toothpick that there was steam.
11. Warm an oven to 200-220 degrees. Put a form in an oven and bake a chicken within 1 hour 20 minutes or one and a half hours.
12. After you took out a chicken from an oven, let's it cool down a little, then carefully cut a package and lay out a chicken on a big dish. Spread out potatoes around.
