    • For the second recipe:
    • halibut - 1 kg;
    • mayonnaise - 200 g;
    • seasoning for fish - to taste;
    • salt - to taste;
    • pepper - to taste;
    • dried fennel - 1 h a spoon;
    • pine nuts - 2 tablespoons;
    • paprika - 1 piece;
    • lemon - 1 piece.
    • For the third recipe:
    • flitch - 800 g;
    • salt - 1 tablespoon;
    • pepper - 1 tablespoon;
    • soy-bean sauce - 50 g;
    • lime juice - 100 g;
    • sherry - 50 g;
    • apples - 2 pieces;
    • carrots - 300 g;
    • onions - 300 g;
    • desi - 2 tablespoons;
    • prunes - 50 g;
    • dried apricots - 50 g;
    • raisin - 100 g;
    • cream - 100 g;
    • mayonnaise - 150 g;
    • cheese - 50 g;
    • walnuts - 20 g.

Instruction

1. For preparation of fish with vegetables take 1 kilogram of a halibut, wash out and separate fillet from bones. Properly rub with salt, a black sprinkling pepper and remove for half an hour in the fridge. At this time clean 2 carrots and grate. Cut two big bulbs with thin half rings.

2. Warm 80 grams of a desi in a stewpan, lay out onions and carrots, add a little water, add some salt to taste and you extinguish to semi-readiness. Then shift vegetables to a plate, and place fish in a stewpan. Cover it with vegetables, cut from above tomatoes circles and fill up with 1 glass of green peas.
