The humpback salmon belongs to family of salmons. From it it is possible to prepare various dishes: salads and snack, fish soup and the second. In a humpback salmon fat suffices to bake and fry it on coals, without oil addition. The whole carcasses can be stuffed with various stuffings. The humpback salmon with a mushroom stuffing baked in vegetables can become not only an everyday, but also festive dish.
It is required to you
- 1 carcass of a humpback salmon;
- 3 carrots;
- 5 bulbs;
- 150 g of sour cream;
- 150 g of mayonnaise;
- parsley bunch;
- 200 g of boiled mushrooms;
- juice of a half of a lemon;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- salt;
- black sprinkling pepper.
Instruction
1. Clean a carcass of a humpback salmon, draw, well wash out a baking plate a stream of cold water. Salt it, strew with a black sprinkling pepper and sprinkle juice of a half of a lemon. Leave a humpback salmon for 30 minutes for pickling.
2. Peel 3 carrots and 4 bulbs. Grate carrots, and cut onions half rings.
3. Fry onions and carrots on vegetable oil to semi-readiness. Slightly strew the fried vegetables with a black sprinkling pepper.
4. In deep ware carefully mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
5. Prepare a stuffing. Mix one small cut bulb, the crushed bunch of parsley, 200 g of boiled mushrooms.
6. Oil a baking tray vegetable.
7. Cut a humpback salmon on portion pieces. Dip each piece in mix of sour cream and mayonnaise and lay out on a baking tray in the form of a whole fish.
8. A fork accurately put the fried onions and carrots between pieces of a humpback salmon. In a paunch, put in each piece on one tablespoon of a stuffing.
9. Lay out the remains of onions and carrots on fish from above, water with the remained mayonnaise and sour cream mix.
10. Put a baking tray with a humpback salmon in the oven warmed up to 160-180 degrees and bake fish until ready. Bon appetit!
