    • The 2nd way:
    • two pieces of a pork neck on 250-300 g;
    • 2-4 are thin a ham piece;
    • two-four pieces of cheese (plate);
    • 4-6 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise;
    • garlic (3-4 cloves);
    • salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Before roasting in an oven the neck needs to be pickled. Wash meat, and then dry it by means of tissues or towels. After the neck became dry, rub it I will merge, water with lemon juice and pickle, having put meat in capacity (sufficient for your piece) approximately for one hour.
