How to bake an Easter cake in the multicooker

The main easter treats are the eggs painted in different colors, a paskha and, naturally, an Easter cake. An Easter cake – the "festive" type of bread prepared from yeast dough with addition of a butter, raisin, candied fruits, etc.

It is required to you

  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 150 grams of a desi;
  • - three eggs;
  • - glass of sugar;
  • - salt teaspoon;
  • - vanillin bag;
  • - five glasses of flour;
  • - three teaspoons of a yeast powder;
  • - glass of raisin;
  • - almonds handful;
  • - handful of candied fruits.

Instruction

1. Pour a glass of a sifted flour into a small pan, add to it all yeast and mix. Pour in a glass of warm milk, quickly knead dough (the density has to be not more dense than some sour cream of average fat content), close it a cover and put in heat the place approximately for an hour (during this time dough has to rise and increase in volume twice).

2. While dough rises, kindle a desi, wash out and dry raisin, roll in it in a small amount of flour. Shake up eggs with sugar, salt and vanillin. That sugar was completely dissolved, it is better to shake up on a water bath and it is obligatory to watch that eggs didn't turn.

3. Accurately mix the risen sponge dough a spoon, add to it the cooled-down kindled desi, a frothed eggs and it is a little flour, mix. Gradually pour the remained flour, mix and you watch consistence of the test, it has to be average density, elastic.

4. Place the turned-out lump of the test in the multicooker bowl which is in advance warmed up up to 40 degrees close a cover and leave for three hours (dough has to rise twice).

5. After time get dough, add to it shredded almonds and candied fruits and again place in the heated-up multicooker, but for an hour. In total dough has to rise three times, it isn't less.

6. As soon as dough rises for the third time, include the pastries mode for 1.5 hours. Check readiness of an Easter cake a wooden skewer: pierce it an Easter cake and look at it if it dry - pastries is ready.

7. Take an Easter cake from a multicooker bowl, let's it cool down and water with glaze. For glaze take a half-glass of sand, a half-glass of milk and 30 grams of a desi, mix everything, put on fire and a uvarita to a condition of kissel. Cover with warm glaze an Easter cake and let's stiffen completely. At will from above pastries can be strewed with icing sugar or special dragees.
