How to bake beef

The baked beef sirloin will serve as a main course, and can be served as snack. The meat fried before roasting will keep juiciness and aroma of marinade inside, and bacon won't allow meat to dry up outside.

It is required to you

  • 1 kg. beef sirloin
    • 200 гр. bacon
    • rosemary branch
    • 50 гр. red wine
    • for marinade:
    • 1 glass of kefir
    • 4 segments of garlic
    • Black sprinkling pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of a prepared mustard
    • vegetable oil for frying

Instruction

1. We cook marinade. We clean and small we slice garlic.

2. We mix kefir, garlic, mustard, pepper and salt.

3. We leave meat in marinade for the night.

4. We wind the pickled meat with lardons.

5. We fix bacon by culinary thread.

6. We add rosemary to the warmed oil and we fry meat from all directions on big fire of 5 minutes.

7. At the end of frying we add wine to oil.

8. Let meat potomitsya in wine 2-3 minutes.

9. We spread meat in a form for roasting.

10. We bake in the oven of 45-60 minutes warmed up to 180 degrees.

11. Periodically we water meat with the juice formed during frying.

12. We cool ready meat and we cut a la carte.
