Instruction

1. The baked chicken meat is tasty in itself therefore for its preparation it isn't obligatory to use any exotic products or special seasonings. The minimum set of products which will be required to you it is cooled (or defrozen) a carcass of a chicken, salt and vegetable oil for greasing of a baking sheet or a form for roasting.

2. Cut a carcass of a chicken along a breast or a backbone, properly wash out and dry a towel. If you want to receive a dietary dish – husk with chickens together with a layer of subcutaneous fat. Grate chicken outside and from within I will merge and (at will) spices (for example, paprika and the granulated garlic, or ready mix of spices for chicken). Oil a baking tray vegetable and lay on it a bird.

3. Place in the oven which is previously warmed up to 180-200 degrees and bake about an hour. Readiness of chicken can be defined, having pricked a carcass with a knife or a toothpick. If from a cut reddish liquid flows – means, a dish isn't ready yet. If liquid transparent – chicken can already be taken out from an oven.

4. If at an oven strong heating from above – chicken can begin to burn from above, remaining at the same time dampish inside. In that case it is possible to cover it from above with a piece of a foil for roasting.
