    • potatoes - 500 g;
    • salt - to taste;
    • pepper - to taste.
    • For the second recipe:
    • chicken thighs - 4 pieces;
    • water - 80 гр;
    • olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • the Chile sauce - 1 tablespoon;
    • salt - 1 h a spoon;
    • black sprinkling pepper - 1 h a spoon;
    • coriander - 1 h a spoon;
    • garlic - 4 cloves.
    • For the third recipe:
    • chicken thighs - 6 pieces;
    • salt - to taste;
    • garlic - 5 cloves;
    • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • fresh champignons - 300 g;
    • onions - 200 g;
    • sour cream - 1 glass.

Instruction

1. Bake hips with rosemary. For this purpose remove leaves from 2 branches of rosemary, crush a little, shift in a bowl and mix with 1 teaspoon of the lemon dried peel grated. Fill in with 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add 3 small chopped segments of garlic and well mix.

2. Grate four chicken thighs with the made marinade and leave for 40 minutes at the room temperature. Clean and wash 500 grams of potatoes then cut it large segments. Salt also pepper to your taste.

3. In a form for roasting lay chicken skin up, and between hips spread out potato segments. Fill in everything with the marinade which remained in a bowl and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 wasps.
