Instruction

1. Make fillet of a turkey with cumquats. For this purpose in a small bowl shake up 1 teaspoon of a soy-bean sauce with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add pepper and salt to taste. Put 700 grams of fillet in a thick-walled pan with a small amount of oil and fry till pale golden color from all directions.

2. Crush one red bulb, and cut 6 pieces of cumquats with circles. Spasseruyte onions on the oil which remained after frying of fillet add cumquats and fry 4 more minutes. Remove a dried peel from a half of a lime, pour into a pan. Then pour in 3 tablespoons of jam from a red smoroda and carefully mix. Place fillet of a turkey in a heat resisting form, sauce from cumquats and put in the oven warmed up to 200 wasps for 35 minutes.

3. For roasting of a turkey with potatoes rub 200 grams of a soft cheese on an average grater. Cut two average fillets straws, and 2 heads of onions – half rings. Slightly fry onions and a turkey on vegetable oil, and then fill in with 80 grams of cream, salt, strew with pepper and extinguish within 5 minutes.

4. Clean potatoes in number of 5 pieces, and cut thin circles. Lay out in the form oiled by olive, salt, fill in with 100 grams of milk and fill up with one quarter of a grated cheese. From above lay a turkey with onions and put in an oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 wasps. Then strew with the remained cheese and bake to a ruddy crust.

5. Bake fillet of a turkey with mushrooms. For this purpose cut 400 grams of fillet on 4 equal pieces no more than 1 centimeter thick. Inwrap in food wrap and slightly beat off, and then sprinkle with pepper and salt. In a frying pan heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry pieces from two parties before formation of a crust.

6. Spasseruyte 1 tablespoon of flour with 50 grams of a desi, pour in a frying pan in 100 grams of white dry wine, the same amount of cream and 50 grams of chicken broth. Stew sauce about 10 minutes, and then add 2 yolks, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and properly mix. Cut 300 grams of champignons with thin slices.

7. On a form bottom for roasting place fillet of a turkey, cover with a layer of champignons, fill in with the made sauce and strew with a grated hard cheese. Cover a form with a foil and put to be baked for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 wasps. Then open a foil, lower temperature to 180 wasps and bake to a golden crust.
