Very tasty and fragrant cookies to tea will become great end of an easter lunch.
It is required to you

- - 100 g of the softened desi;
- - 1 glass of sugar;
- - 2 glasses of flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of a lemon dried peel;
- - 4 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice;
- - the granulated multi-colored sugar and toppings for ornament.
Instruction
1. Warm an oven to 180-200 degrees. Lay a baking tray cookery parchment paper.
2. In deep ware mix eggs with sugar and oil to uniformity. Add lemon zest and juice. Pour a sifted flour and knead a soft dough.
3. A land surface slightly sprinkle with flour and roll weight in layer 1-1.5 cm thick. Cut dough by means of molds on pieces. As Easter after all a holiday spring, use molds in the form of florets, birdies and hares.
4. Shift future lemon cookies to a baking tray, decorate with multi-colored sugar and toppings and put in an oven to be baked for 8-10 minutes. Ready cookies have to get slightly golden crust.
