The combination of several types of flour does these muffins very useful and also gives unique texture and flavoring shades!

It is required to you

  • - 240 ml of wheat flour;
  • - 80 ml of whole-wheat flour;
  • - 80 ml of corn flour;
  • - 80 ml of oat flakes;
  • - 60 ml of sugar;
  • - 2 tsps of baking powder;
  • - 0.25 tsps of salt;
  • - 0.25 tsps of soda;
  • - 240 ml of kefir;
  • - 80 ml of maple syrup or liquid honey;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 110 g of a desi;
  • - 100 g of dried fruits.

Instruction

1. Previously warm an oven to 200 degrees. Oil molds for muffins and powder with flour or cover special cuffs.

2. Kindle a desi in the microwave oven or on a water bath and let's cool down a little.

3. While oil cools down, in a big bowl sift mix of three types of flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Add oat flakes and sugar, carefully mix.

4. In separate capacity by means of the mixer shake up kefir with addition of honey or maple syrup, eggs and the subcooled-down kindled butter.

5. If use large dried fruits, for example dried apricots or prunes, small cut them a knife.

Keep in mind that if you knead too long and carefully, then muffins will turn out very heavy and won't rise at all! Therefore don't pay attention to the remained small lumps.
