New potato is ideal for preparation of various dishes and snack. It turns out very gentle, and at the expense of seasonings and spices develops improbable aroma and a taste.
It is required to you
- - 22-24 potatoes of the small size;
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 3 garlic gloves;
- - a tablespoon of the crushed thyme and several branches for giving;
- - salt and a sprinkling pepper to taste.
1. We warm an oven to 230 wasps. The baking tray is dimmed by paper for pastries or a foil. In a big pan we boil potatoes in a uniform within 15-20 minutes after boiling.
2. We throw back potatoes on a colander that water flew down. Accurately we shift it to a baking tray and slightly we crush each potato a fork. We sprinkle potatoes olive oil, we strew with the squeezed-out garlic, salt, pepper and a thyme.
3. We bake fragrant potatoes in an oven of 18-20 minutes, at once we give on a table.
