  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • A soy-bean sauce – 1-2 tablespoons.
  • Honey – 1 tsp.
  • Chili powder – 0.5 tsps (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Fennel dried – 1 tsp.
  • Kitchen ware:
  • Pan for boiling
  • Roasting sleeve
  • Bowl for marinade

Instruction

1. For a start it is necessary to make meat and to peel garlic. From pork shank it is necessary to scrape off a knife everything that in meat confuses: dark places, pollution, outgrowths (if is). Hough is washed out under a water jet and put in a pan with salt and with spices for boiling. Allow meat to begin to boil on high fire, reduce temperature and further cook on slow fire within 55-60 minutes to semi-readiness.

2. While meat is boiled, the peeled garlic is cut on segments. In a separate bowl mix all ingredients for marinade: mustard, honey, a soy-bean sauce, oil and pepper also allow mix to infuse.
