Fans of potatoes can prepare very simple, fast and incredibly tasty dish a baking plate by a crunchy cheese crust. It can become the main treat, a garnish to meat dishes or nourishing snack for a party.

- - 360 ml of dense cream;
- - 2 garlic gloves;
- - branch of a thyme or rosemary;
- - pinch of ground nutmeg;
- - 900 g of potatoes;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 150 g of grated parmesan and are a little more for topping.
Instruction

4. We send a form to an oven for 35-40 minutes, then we strew potatoes still with a small amount of cheese and we return in an oven for 10-15 minutes.
