Potatoes in itself – a universal product, are a lot of ways of its preparation. Each type of processing gives to potatoes the special taste. Besides, the taste is affected by a form of cutting of a tuber and in what it is prepared. Even it is simple to bake potato with cheese in an oven it is possible differently.

- 800 g of potatoes;
- 200 g of cheese (firm);
- 2 St of milk;
- one egg;
- 4 tablespoons of oil (vegetable);
- garlic – 1 clove;
- 1 tsps of salt;
- sprinkling pepper (black).
Instruction
1. Include an oven, it has to get warm well up to 180 degrees of Page.
2. Grate cheese.
3. Well wash out potatoes, clean and wash up one more time. Cut it circles and put in a deep bowl or in a pan.

If the dish begins to burn from above, and inside it will be crude, then cover the container with potatoes with a foil and bake until ready.
9. Get a form from an oven, powder potatoes with the remained cheese and again put in an oven for 5-10 minutes. When from above there is an appetizing crunchy cheese crust, the dish is ready.
