- - 500 g of potatoes;
- - 1-2 paprikas (it is possible to take vegetables of any color);
- - 1 big bulb;
- - 1 eggplant;
- - 3-4 garlic gloves;
- - 1/3 glasses of olive oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of a table vinegar;
- - pinch of dry leaves of a basil;
- - pinch of a dry ground oregano;
- - salt;
- - sprinkling pepper.
1. At first prepare all ingredients for roasting: in cold water wash out properly all vegetables. Peel potatoes and cut either thick circles, or slices. Remove seeds from pepper and also a fruit stem at an eggplant, cut largely vegetables.
2. Prepare a form for roasting, the deep and wide form that the prepared vegetables filled only a half of its depth is necessary for preparation of this dish, in the course of cooking the dish will need to be disturbed. Oil it. On its bottom lay out an even layer all potatoes.
3. Now from above on potatoes lay out the crushed onions, further a paprika and eggplants, onions can previously be fried till golden color, it is better to use other vegetables crude.
4. In a deep bowl mix dried greens (oregano and basilicas), add vinegar and olive oil, salt, pepper and properly shake up this mix.
