If you at least once were in the Chinese KFC, then for certain tasted these most delicate small baskets! Even if isn't present - prepare their houses! It won't take a lot of time, but please also yourself, and relatives, with a tasty dessert!

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of puff pastry;
  • - 60 g of sugar;
  • - 50 ml of water;
  • - 4 large eggs;
  • - vanillin on a knife tip;
  • - 100 ml of the concentrated milk.

Instruction

1. We begin with syrup preparation: in a small saucepan we mix sugar and water, we put on strong fire, we wait until mix begins to boil, we remove from fire and we cool.

2. We pass eggs through a sieve at first in separate ware, and then we pour to the cooled-down sugar mix. Carefully we mix by means of a nimbus. We pour to eggs with sugar in the concentrated milk (pay the attention which isn't condensed!), we add vanillin and carefully we mix everything by means of the mixer to uniform consistence.

3. We defreeze ready puff pastry and we roll it. It isn't necessary to roll dough in different directions: so you will break layers! Also don't try to make layer as it is possible more thinly.

4. We cut out circles which we will cover molds from the test. Accurately we spread preparations so that a few dough remained abroad forms.

5. We warm an oven up to the temperature of 200 degrees. We spread egg mix on dough and we send to the furnace approximately for 20 minutes. Small baskets are ready when the stuffing rose and blushed!
