How to bake puree to a crisp in an oven

It is required to you

  • Ingredients on 5-6 people:
  • - 1 kilogram of potatoes;
  • - 150 гр. grated cheese;
  • - 75 гр. Philadelphia cheese (or its analog);
  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 70 гр. desi;
  • - black pepper (ground and peas) and salt.

Instruction

1. Potatoes need to be washed up and cleaned, after boiling to cook 30 minutes.

2. We shift ready potato in a bowl and we do of it puree.

3. We add 50 гр. oils and again we mix potatoes. We pepper and salt to taste.

4. In puree we spread cream cheese (it is possible to use cheese with fragrant herbs).

5. We pour in milk and once again everything is carefully mixed.

6. We shift puree in a form, we strew with a grated cheese and pieces of the remained desi. We add peppercorn for aroma.

7. We bake in an oven of 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 190C.
