    • granulated sugar – 1.5 glasses;
    • flour – 1.5 glasses;

    • baking powder – 1 h l;

Instruction

1. Shake up by means of the egg mixer with one glass of granulated sugar before formation of homogeneous mass. Add sour cream and baking powder there. If baking powder at you didn't appear, then it is possible to use the soda extinguished by vinegar. Fill 0.5 teaspoons of soda in a tablespoon and add a little 9% vinegar. White foam which will replace baking powder is formed. Again properly mix everything the mixer. Add flour and a dried peel of a half of a lemon. Mix everything to homogeneous mass. On consistence the received dough has to resemble dense sour cream.

2. Oil a split mold purified vegetable and sprinkle with flour inside. Pour out in it dough and put in an oven to prepare at a temperature of 180-200 ̊ for 30-40 minutes. Readiness can be checked as follows. Thrust in pie a toothpick if after you get it, it is dry - pie is ready.

3. While pie is in an oven, squeeze out juice of a lemon. In order that juice turned out more, drench a lemon with boiled water.
