It is required to you

  • - 8 potatoes of the average size;
  • - 2 proteins;
  • - on 1.5 tsps of Chile and caraway seeds;
  • - teaspoon with the mound of paprika;
  • - 2 teaspoons of the Italian mix of seasonings (oregano, basil, rosemary, caraway seeds, sage, marjoram and paprika);

  • - olive oil.

Instruction

1. We warm an oven up to 220C. We cut the washed-up and peeled potato on bars.

2. In a bowl we beat whites.

3. In other bowl we mix salt and all seasonings and spicery.

4. We spread potatoes in a bowl with proteins and it is carefully mixed.

5. We shift potato in a bowl with seasonings and again everything is carefully mixed.

6. The baking tray is generously oiled, we spread potatoes and we sprinkle it olive oil. The more there will be oils, the more tasty potatoes will turn out.

7. We send potatoes to an oven and we bake 40 minutes, periodically mixing it by means of a scapula (approximately each 7 minutes).
