It is required to you

  • - squash – 4 pieces,
  • - boiled chicken fillet – 300 g,
  • - onions – 1 piece,
  • - carrots - 1 piece,
  • - parsley – 1 bunch,
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons,
  • - sour cream – 250 g,
  • - salt to taste.


1. Choose 4 squash of the small size. They have to be identical, otherwise when cooking some will turn out softer, and others - are firmer, and the dish will be spoiled. Carefully wash up them and dry from all directions. Then cut lengthways on two identical half.

2. Warm an oven to 180 degrees. While it reaches the necessary temperature, get pulp from squash a teaspoon. It is necessary to do it accurately not to damage a peel. At you peculiar court shoes have to turn out.
