How to bake the grandma with candied fruits

The grandma – traditional pastries of Russian cuisine. Try to bake it from yeast dough with addition of nuts, raisin and candied fruits – just you will lick fingers!

It is required to you

  • - flour – 600 g;
  • - sugar – 100 g;
  • - a desi – 50 g;
  • - raisin without stones – 30 g;
  • - peanut – 30 g;
  • - candied fruits – 30 g;
  • - a yeast powder – 20 g;
  • - vanilla sugar – 1 bag;
  • - lemon juice – 2 tablespoons;
  • - eggs – 4 pieces.

Instruction

1. It is necessary for doughing that all ingredients were warm therefore get them from the fridge in advance, let will lie down at the room temperature. Connect the softened butter, lemon juice, eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin, flour and a yeast powder. Knead dough, cover capacity with a clean napkin and put it to the warm place to rise.

2. Wash up raisin and wet in hot water that bulked up. Peel peanut from a skin and crush by means of the coffee grinder or the meat grinder. Small cut candied fruits.

3. Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine. Knead dough. Add to it candied fruits, raisin and nuts, knead it once again. Lay out dough in a form and put to the warm place for 30 minutes.

4. Warm an oven up to the temperature of 180 degrees and put a form with the test for 40-50 minutes. Then take out a form, turn. Cut the ready grandma on portion pieces.
