The most suitable time for a campaign to the forest behind chanterelles is early morning. This rule extends to any mushrooms, but it is especially relevant for chanterelles. Early in the morning, when the sun doesn't shine at full capacity yet, the mushroom picker has much more chances to notice chanterelle which successfully masks in the fallen-down foliage of yellow color. Chanterelles prefer more open places having sufficient access of sunlight. Having come into the forest, look for the small lawns surrounded with birches. Chanterelles most often meet exactly about birches. Having found one chanterelle, you don't hurry to leave. Chanterelles grow at families. Carefully examine space around the found mushroom, and you will surely find one more. You aren't lazy to bend and look under the fallen-down foliage, under it and the main part of our family hides. To facilitate process of preparation of mushrooms, cut off mushrooms above from the earth in order to avoid hit of excessive dirt in a basket. It is better to pick chanterelles not in a package or a linen bag, and in a basket or a bucket to prevent breakage of gentle hats. It must be kept in mind that long time isn't desirable to store mushrooms therefore try to get tired not strongly process of gathering chanterelles and to keep forces for their preparation after return from the wood. Preparation of chanterelles won't take you a lot of time. Mushrooms need to be washed out and cut carefully. It is desirable not to cut chanterelles too small, and it is better not to touch small mushrooms at all. Options of preparation are so various that can be limited only to existence of products in your house. Chanterelles can just be fried in the heated frying pan, it is possible to add the shredded onions. Fried chanterelles are perfectly combined with a fried potatoes. Slightly fried chanterelles can be filled in with sour cream and to extinguish a little. It is possible just to cook chanterelles and to remove in the freezer on storage.
