Very few people know about advantage of a nettle and that from it it is possible to prepare something. A nettle - very useful plant, approximately 30 grams contain vitamin C and carotene in quantity, necessary for standard daily rate. For the safe use of a nettle it is the best of all to cook from it soup.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of a nettle;
  • - 100 g of onions leek or usual green onions;
  • - 30 g of a desi;
  • - salt (to taste);
  • - sour cream (to taste);
  • - pepper (to taste);
  • - 3 potatoes;
  • - 100 g of a root of a celery;
  • - 15 g of flour;
  • - 1 pieces of carrots;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - spices (to taste);
  • - 1.5 l of water.

Instruction

1. Boil 1.5 liters of water. Carefully wash out a nettle and scald boiled water. Peel vegetables, cut potatoes and carrots straws, and cut in cubes leek and a root of a celery. Cut small a nettle and lower in a pan with the boiling water. Add salt and spices to taste.

2. Fry carrots and leek on sunflower oil. Add ready mix to a pan. Add the cut potatoes and a root of a celery, you cook them 5–9 minutes. Stir slowly soup. You cook on average fire.

3. Kindle oil in a frying pan, fry flour till gold color, constantly stir slowly, then add 2 tablespoons of water from a pan with soup. Pour out the turned-out mix in a pan. You cook 7-10 more minutes on strong fire. Remove from a plate, let's cool down a little to soup. Pour soup in a plate, add to it a half of egg, sour cream and pepper to taste.
