  • apples (firm
    • sweet-sour) – 1 kg;
    • oranges – 500 g;
    • sugar – 1 kg;
    • cinnamon – 3 g.

Instruction

1. Wash out oranges under cold water and cut small pieces, remove seeds. Take a pan on three liters, pour into it liter of water and heat to a boiling point. Pour sugar into the boiling water, well stir and you cook 6-7 minutes, having lowered fire to a minimum. Add oranges to ready syrup and continue to cook within 15-17 minutes. Then remove from fire and set aside aside for an hour.

2. While oranges become impregnated with syrup, be engaged in apples. Carefully wash up them and rub off. Cut on two halves, remove cores and completely clean from a thin skin. Cut off a peel from apples very thinly, so you keep all vitamins. Take a small saucepan, pour in it half of liter of water and bring to a boiling point. While water begins to boil, cut apples small segments.

3. In the boiling liquid fill up apple segments and boil thoroughly them on slow fire, within 5 minutes, it will save your apples from darkening. After that accurately take out apple pieces by means of a skimmer and place in the enameled ware, fill in with cold water for 7 minutes. Later the put time drain cold water, and touch apples: separate the boiled soft pieces from lump. Again heat water in which pieces of apples were blanched to a boiling point, add to it sugar and leave on slow fire for 8-10 minutes. 4. Take a pan with orange segments and again heat to a boiling point, reduce fire and you cook 20 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. For an hour set aside oranges in a sugar syrup aside. Again bring the apples infusing within an hour to a boiling point and you hold on small fire of 7-9 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Again set aside a saucepan with apples aside for an hour. Later the put time for the third time heat orange segments to a boiling point, lower fire to a minimum and you cook 15 minutes then add to them pieces of apples in a sugar syrup, carefully mix. Continue to cook the received mix on slow fire of 20 minutes, then add cinnamon and you cook 5 more minutes. At once fill in hot jam in the sterilized banks and roll up.
