  • Banana cocktail:
    • 2 large bananas;
    • 2 glasses of milk;

    • Banana cottage cheese casserole:
    • 200 g of skim cheese;
    • 2 bananas;
    • 100 g of flour;
    • 5 glasses of milk;
    • 1 egg.
    • For vanilla sauce:
    • 1 egg;
    • 2 tablespoons of flour;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • vanillin pinch;
    • 6 teaspoons of sugar.
    • Bananas in a Caribbean way:
    • 4 big bananas;
    • 1 large orange;
    • 15 g of a desi;
    • 75 ml of dark rum;
    • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 25 teaspoons of ground cinnamon;
    • pinch of ground nutmeg;
    • whipped cream or natural yoghourt.

Instruction

1. The simplest option of a useful and nourishing breakfast – nutritious banana cocktail. For preparation of three portions cut two large bananas on pieces and place them in the blender. Add two glasses of cold low-fat milk and several berries of strawberry or a handful of the fresh or frozen raspberry. Shake up weight to a uniform state. Pour on high glasses and give.

2. If you want to turn a breakfast into a full-fledged dessert, add a portion of ice cream to a banana milk mix. Instead of berries it is possible to put in cocktail of a few cocoa. Strew ready drink with grated chocolate and pour in glasses, having supplied everyone with a thick straw.
