From cepes it is possible to prepare a huge set of dishes which not only bring a variety the menu of people, but also fill an organism with a certain share of nutritive matters which are necessary for normal activity of the person. One of the most relevant dishes is the cepes made in sour cream.

It is required to you

  • Cepes - 400 grams;
    • cucumber fresh - 1 piece;
    • sour cream - 200 grams;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • greens and spices - to taste.

Instruction

1. Take white mushrooms, carefully wash them with cold water. Drench with boiled water and cut on small pieces.

2. Grease a baking tray with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay on it mushrooms. Strew with a grated cheese. Fill in with sour cream. Salt and pepper.

3. Put a baking tray in the oven which is previously warmed up to 180 degrees. Bake mushrooms before formation of a golden crust.

4. Lay out mushrooms on a dish. Decorate with greens and a fresh cucumber. Enjoy your meal.
