It is required to you

  • 5 kg of berries;
    • 1 kg of sugar;
    • 7-10 g of pectin.

Instruction

1. Wash out well berries, cast away on a colander, then on a towel to dry.

2. Remove from stone berries.

3. Place cherry in a pan and you will expose the maximum fire.

4. You cook 15 minutes constantly stirring slowly.

5. Add sugar in the small portions and constantly stir slowly.

6. After you fill up all sugar, quickly stir and you cook 15-20 more minutes.

7. When cooking remove a skin.

8. Mix pectin about a floor a glass of sugar and fill up in jam.

9. Boil thoroughly 3-5 more minutes and pour hot jam on clean dry banks and hermetically close covers.

10. Turn banks, cover with a towel and leave before full cooling.
