Instruction

1. Wash out chicken fillet (it is possible to use hips or a shin of chicken), remove films, dry and cut small equal pieces. Rub each piece with seasoning. Pickle chicken in a soy-bean sauce and leave to approach for 20-30 minutes.

2. Meanwhile wash squash, peel, seeds, wash out once again and cut thin, but large pieces. For preparation of this dish choose only young squash: the they are younger, the more tasty and more gently. Peel onions and garlic from a peel, wash with water and dry. Miss garlic via the garlic press before formation of homogeneous mass, cut onions thin rings.
